Introduction
The Bible present the Father as possessing the attributes of God. In addition, the Bible says directly that the Father is God.

Conclusion
The Bible states quite emphatically that the the Father is God. The Father has the attributes of God and is called God in numerous scriptures. Together with God the Spirit and God the Son, the Father makes up the Trinity.
