Okay. Now you have your site on the Internet and everybody is flocking to see it. Actually, your site is virtually invisible until you publicize it. The first step is to submit your site's URL to the search engines so that they can categorize your pages. Other ways to get noticed are through webrings and banner exchange - other people linking to you. The best way to get noticed are through links from other sites. When you find a good site with content similar to yours, create a link from your site to theirs. Contact the author, tell him that you like his site and have created a link to his site and give him your URL. Many times, the author of the other site will return the favor and link to yours.
