However, my prediction is that science is going to be unable to produce the tissues they need purely through in vitro culture. Once it is found that the development of useful tissues requires the surrounding developmental processes, scientists will demand that the tissue be allowed to "mature" prior to harvest. A notable exception to the current laws is the New Jersey law, which allows human cloning and implantation into a female, as long as the fetus is killed prior to birth.
